Sitewide Block Removal Procedure

General overview information regarding the Jade IP Blocklists can be found on our Host and Network Blocks page.  If you believe your host or network is improperly being blocked please let us know. Be sure to provide the following:

• IP address of host or network
• What list you are requesting removal from (site host or site network lists)
• Why you feel the listing is no longer appropriate

Requests for delisting should be sent to postmaster@jade.net. Please note that removal from the Sitewide IP Network Block list is not likely due to the very serious nature of this list. Networks on this list are usually considered state supported attack networks so evidence needs to be presented to prove otherwise.
